The client wanted to optimize the wholesale e-commerce experience on the website, which included improvements to technical and aesthetic elements.
In addition to a brick-and-mortar store, the company has a robust e-commerce business offering wholesale products (B2B) through the website and retail products (B2C) on Etsy. Since the website is the primary digital property, it was important to allow visitors to choose the experience relevant to them. The wholesale section of the website is password-protected, so only wholesale customers with assigned accounts are able to view bulk pricing and shipping options.
